Woodell Group (a trade name of Trinity Insurance Sales and Service LLC) collects personal information so we can quote, place, and service insurance for you. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us — name, contact details, address, date of birth, driver's license number, vehicles, property details, business details, and prior coverage and claims. Information from others, with your authorization — motor vehicle records, claims history (CLUE), and credit-based insurance scores from consumer reporting agencies, plus details from insurance companies and property data services. Information from our website — the form fields you submit and basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited). We do not ask for your Social Security number through this website.

How we use it

To prepare quotes, apply for and service policies, handle renewals and claims questions, answer your requests, meet legal and regulatory duties, and prevent fraud. We use software tools, including automated and AI-assisted tools, to organize information and draft quotes; a licensed agent reviews your coverage before anything is bound.

Who we share it with

Insurance companies we represent, when you ask us to quote or place coverage; consumer reporting agencies, to obtain reports you authorize; service providers who help us run the agency (such as our agency management, email, phone, and cloud hosting providers), who must protect it and use it only for our work; and regulators, courts, or others when the law requires. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with outside companies for their own marketing.

Calls, texts, and email

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your quote, policy, or renewal. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and accuracy. We will only send marketing texts if you separately agree to receive them, and agreeing is never a condition of buying insurance. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the phone and messaging providers that deliver our messages.

How we protect it

We limit access to staff who need it, require sign-in for all client records, encrypt data in transit, store documents in private encrypted storage, and log changes to client records. No system is perfect; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the Oklahoma Insurance Department as the law requires.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to service your insurance and as required by insurance record-keeping laws, then we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
